Tammie Kilpatrick

Tammie Kilpatrick is a founding partner at Amber Integrated (AI), Oklahoma’s only fully integrated government relations, political consulting, strategic communications, market research and advertising services firm. Before establishing AI, Tammie was a founding partner of FKG Consulting and Uppercase Strategies, both of whom are now wholly owned by AI. 

Tammie is practicing attorney who formerly served as legal counsel to the Oklahoma Tax Commission and as the Deputy Insurance Commissioner, and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She is an experienced public affairs specialist who delivers results for a wide range of clients. Her background includes public policy, crisis management, law, and consulting. Whether it is resolving a public policy challenge or maximizing results from a legislative opportunity, Tammie is passionate about delivering results for clients in the most ethical and professional manner. 

Being involved in efforts that focus on improving the health of all Oklahomans is among Tammie’s most satisfying accomplishments. When not being strategic, Tammie is a dog-lover who enjoys travel and yoga. She and her husband Don live in Oklahoma City.
